Once a building owner understands that they are wasting money using fluorescent lamps and that same amount of money will buy them a whole new LED lighting system and pay for itself in two years or less they can’t do anything but upgrade to LED Lighting.

The fact that over 90% of the commercial buildings in the US have not upgraded to LED lighting, according to the Department of Energy, is an indication of how valuable our service is.

The owner or manager of a small to medium sized business has the responsibility of running the business and doesn’t have the time to devote to investigating which LED products to select, how to apply for the utility rebate, how to finance the upgrade process and what to do with the old tubes or fixtures. In a larger company they have VP’s of Energy Conservation, but small companies don’t.

Our service is to present to the small business owner, the benefits of LED Lighting upgrades. Those benefits are:

1. Saving 50% or more on the electrical energy used for lighting

2. Eliminating lighting maintenance of lamp and ballast replacement for 7 years or more

3. Having good lighting in the offices, manufacturing area, warehouse and outside the building.

a. All lights in an area are lit.

c. All lights provide steady (no flicker or flashing) even light.

d. Each area has the best color of light for the task in the area.

Our services include:

· Doing a complete lighting survey of the inside and outside of the facility. We count every light fixture and identify the wattage and on time for the fixture so we can calculate the energy used in each fixture.

· We prepare a presentation that shows exactly how much money is being spent on lighting. This information isn’t available from the power company or anywhere else because the isn’t a separate electrical meter for just the lighting fixtures

· We submit our lighting survey to the power utility so that we can get the best rebate they can offer as an incentive for the owner to do the upgrade. Federal Law requires that all utilities spend 2% of their gross income to encourage energy savings among its customers. So, the utility is really giving back what you’ve already paid.

· Once we present the lighting survey, the rebate document, and outline the cost to light the existing fixtures and show the savings of the LED lighting upgrade and show that the payback on the project is less than two years we ask for the go ahead to provide the service. Accounts tell us that if the payback is less than two years, you must do it.

· Once we get the Order to proceed, we handle everything. We schedule with the owner to get the electrician scheduled. We deliver the products; the installation gets completed and we remove all the old lamps and fixtures.

· We submit the bill to the utility company and to the owner. We offer a 3% cash discount if they pay the bill or we send the bill to the financing arm that is providing the money for the upgrade.
