The Country Moose was honored to participate in the Richford Potato Festival, being celebrated across the entire town. Living up to the long-lived history of the event, the Country Moose found the recipe of Hazel Brind who had the best recipe for potato donuts! Following in her footsteps, the Country Moose made and sold potato donuts on the sidewalk of the shop. Even though we made an enormous amount of provisions, all the donuts sold out by 11:30AM! We will have to accommodate more next year.
Meanwhile, an enormous amount of new/old/antique items have come into the shop. And many have been sold.
Come see what the Country Moose has for sale and on display. I'm comfortably sure you will find a piece of your childhood or family located on one of the shelves, or a piece of furniture that was like one you had in your home.
