In January 2020, Thomas passed the baton to a dedicated team—his longtime General Manager, Amber Nichols; his daughter and son-in-law, Taylor, and Ben Wadsworth; and his son, Mason Thom. Together, this quartet infuses fresh perspectives into the business, propelling us from two locations to an impressive four.
As the company's President, Amber boasts over 20 years of invaluable experience, starting as a store manager and rising to General Manager across Austin and San Antonio. Her tireless dedication remains the cornerstone of our achievements, a fact often acknowledged by Thomas himself.
Taylor's journey from summers at her father's side to assuming the role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing reflects her unyielding commitment to customer satisfaction. Managing all four locations, she mirrors her father's passion, ensuring each interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
Joining full-time in 2016, Mason's ascent from shutter production to Vice President of Operations signifies his unwavering dedication to perfecting our acclaimed shutter, aspiring to make it the nation's best.
Having entered through the avenue of installation in San Antonio, Ben, now Vice President of Production, brings profound product knowledge to the table. Collaborating closely with Mason, they lead our shutter production facility towards unparalleled excellence.
