And I choose to live PROUDLY
for myself, for others and for the little kid I used to be 🩵

Pride isn’t just glitter and rainbows (though yes please 🌈💅)

It’s FREEDOM
It’s TRUTH
It’s saying: “I am worthy of LOVE, expression and joy, EXACTLY as I am!”

People try to shame us into silence
but PRIDE?
Pride paints the truth in BOLD colors!

It dances, sings and walks tall in every space that once felt too small

Every rainbow I paint, every brushstroke of color is a CELEBRATION of being:

🌿 Being alive!
💖 Being real!
🫶🏻 Being me!

without apology, without shrinking, without shame

💖 One of my favorite moments from this week?

A sweet customer told me their kids carry my crochet animals with them everywhere. 😭🧶💫

That kind of joy - pure, light-up-the-room joy - is why I do what I do.

Every single piece I create, whether it’s a painting, a piece of wearable art, or one of these squishy little crochet souls, is made with love and intention. I always trust it will find the soul it belongs to.

✨And every Thursday at the market, I get to witness that magic happen! Someone walks up to my table, eyes light up, and they just know... that’s the one.

It’s the tiniest moment, but it carries on in ways I’ll never fully see, and that’s the beautiful part. 💫

Also… I don’t usually sell my crochet cuties here, but that’s about to change! 👀

✨ Behind the scenes of becoming my best self ✨

Lately, I’ve been diving deep into growth through the Mastery Program from Milan Art Institute 🧑‍🎨

A year-long intensive that’s already transforming the way I create 🚀

After soaking up their free content and master classes (so good!!), I finally took the leap… and WOW. Just one month in and I’m already learning new techniques, refining my skills, and feeling more confident in my artistic voice than ever 🕊️

Forever grateful for the Milan's and their dedication to helping artists like me build a thriving creative life. Can’t wait to look back a year from now and see just how far I’ve come 💫

What to do when imposter syndrome hits ⁉️

I sat down, EXCITED to connect with you
When all of a sudden my energy drained from my body 😪
Something that would normally spiral me into sadness, but

I took a moment to feel into that feeling: 💞
I just had so much energy and excitement
Then in an instant,
Nothing
just a heaviness
What is this heaviness?
Then it hit me...
Imposter syndrome! 🎭

Feeling like I am not experienced enough to share what I know
Feeling like somehow I should be better,
❌ should have read more books,
❌ should have applied my knowledge differently,
❌ should have listened to more experts
And so on

BUT

🧘🏻‍♀️ What about all of my experiences?
📚 What about all the books I have read?
✏️ What about all the experts I have learned from?
❤️‍🔥 What about everything I have already CHANGED?

ALL of that is what matters!
So when imposter syndrome hits,
Gently remind yourself that YOU already ARE
YOU are worthy of your path as it unfolds in its own time 🛣️

Yes there will be people more advanced than you
that is great, look up to them, learn from them 💫
AND continue to shine YOUR light,
to teach the ones who look up to you 🌟

They need you, We need you
✨ THIS WORLD NEEDS YOU ✨

What I wish someone told me when starting my spiritual journey 🌠

There will be days when the whole world seems to make sense,
When everything goes your way,
Where the birds sing your internal song
and the sun shines so bright ☀️

AND

Days when you want to pull the covers over your head, roll over and stay in bed.
Where your whole body is heavy,
When your healing Hurts
and you want to give up 💔

💥These are the most important days, for these are the days when you are being asked to trust the process.

To take that break,
To go easy on yourself,
To relax your shoulders and remind yourself:

🌈 It's okay not to be okay 🌈

Remember true healing comes when you release the pain,
💨 the pain of your past,
💨 the pain of expectation,
💨 the pain of shame

True healing comes when you open yourself,
🕊️ open to YOUR beauty,
🕊️ open to YOUR magnificence,
🕊️ open to YOUR love

Loving yourself is not easy but when you love yourself first, everything else changes ✨
