Complete mailbox replacement. Old post was completely rotten and collapsing. Replaced with new cedar post and crossbar with engraved number set.

And that’s a wrap for this one. Removed the old bricks, new concrete slab and retaining wall. Revamped the existing “under deck” system so it runs off, and bleached/power washed all the years of grime away.

Also dug out the old holly bush root ball, laid out new landscape fabric and topped it off with fresh mulch.

Back in a couple weeks for new planter boxes

Been a while since I posted. Some photos of the new gym project. We’ll mud and tape the drywall after we complete the kitchen (above the gym) renovation. The ceiling in the gym will have to come back down when we run the new plumbing.

Every step is another step closer. Working on the vanity tonight and stripping the tint off the window so I put up privacy film.
