Did you know that Monday, June 1st, kicked off Hurricane season?
Hurricane season runs from June 1st- November 30th each year and although Atlanta doesn't directly see hurricanes, we do tend to see tropical or related storms.
Currently, the National Hurricane Center has 8-14 hurricanes already on the map for 2026, but more can form as the season goes on.
Our team is always checking in on storm activity and how it will affect our area. And although hurricanes and related storms are never any fun to deal with, they are interested to learn about and keep up with.
