【港式雞批班｜一啖食返去香港】

仲記唔記得放學後經過舊式餅店，櫥窗裡一個個金黃色、香噴噴嘅港式雞批？

港式雞批可以話係香港最經典嘅中西合璧西點之一。由英國 Chicken Pie 演變而成，經香港師傅改良後，變成酥鬆牛油批皮，配上香濃雞肉白汁餡，每一啖都充滿香港味道。

無論係中環泰昌餅家、灣仔豪華餅店，定係旺角真香園，港式雞批都陪伴住唔少香港人成長，係茶餐廳、舊式餅店同下午茶嘅集體回憶。

今次，洛杉磯香港人社區中心邀請到 Phoebe 擔任導師，帶大家由零開始親手製作港式雞批，學習製作香酥批皮同經典白汁雞肉餡，將香港嘅味道帶返屋企。
