Behind the scenes a lot of rethink. restructuring and soul searching has been going on. So, with a heavy heart I am announcing that Mollies Kitchen will be ceasing operation of the vast majority of treats beginning in October. Rising costs, and increasingly oversaturation at events and farmers markets have forced my decision, hard as it has been to make. As a small business I cannot compete with those with greater resources than I, moving into an increasingly saturated market. Event coordinators and managers are adding multiple vendors who carry the same product lines to their events, - I understand they need fees for their cause, but having multiple vendors doing the same stuff just makes profit sustainability for a small business, untenable and dilutes the customer shopping experience.

So, I have closed my retail store and moved out completely. My website is not accepting any orders at this time, and I am currently liquidating my remaining stock.

I still have a limited quantity of stock in Beef, Bacon, Chicken and Apple, and a handful of Peanut Butter and Carob Chip for Dogs and both my cat varieties.

With all of the above said I will consider continuing with my Chicken Stars cat treats which I know your fur meows all love, (mine do too!) and perhaps a dog variety or two, in small batches, by special request, if there is enough interest.

It has been a wonderful time meeting you all and hearing about how much your fur babies love the treats.

Rest assured I will still be attending my usual circuit of festivals, events and farmers markets, throughout the rest of this year as my stocks sell through.

Just a quick update we are permanently closing our retail store front and woll have moved to total online and vendor events by the end of August.
We are NOT.closing the business..
Our website is down while we make the transition to a new platform and , finish cleating out the premises.
