THE BEST HISTORIC RENOVATIONS DON'T ERASE THE PAST. THEY GIVE IT A FUTURE.
I was invited to contribute to the Fall 2026 edition of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach's Luxury Market Insights, sharing my perspective on preserving original architecture while adapting historic homes for modern living.
The feature, The Lasting Appeal of Original Architecture, includes several photographs of 140 E. Central Avenue in Moorestown, an 1886 Victorian where I led the interior design of an extensive renovation.
Working alongside Ira Besser and his team at Roman Builders, who were responsible for construction (including two additions), we preserved the home's architectural character while introducing the comforts and amenities expected in a luxury home today.
The publication also includes regional luxury real estate market data across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.
If you appreciate historic architecture, are considering renovating an older home, or follow the luxury real estate market, I encourage you to explore the full edition.
