I just learned this at retreat this weekend. Can do with squares also. Bigger for table hot pads, etc. I’m planning on using INSULBRITE to make them Heat resistant.

These were coasters in our case, not folded back but stitched down. Others use them as w**e coasters. Slide the bottom of the w**e glass in the center. Becomes a w**e coaster and if all different, they identify whose w**e glass is whose.

Great teacher gifts at Christmas.🎄

These are the two lights I use on my retreat 12lb sewing machine. I’m not advertising for any product or recommending any. Was asked what were my lights and these are the two I use. I also have a desktop stand light. Need extra lighting at night especially at 1am at the retreat center.

Second light is found on www.checkerdist.com. You can enter your zip code to find a local vendor.

Last day of Quilt Retreat 😢 Bittersweet. Looking forward to my adjustable bed but wanting to keep going. If anyone knows me….. this is NOT 7:30pm 😳🤣. My quilting “propane tank” is empty. But my cup ☕️ is full. Thank you to everyone at UPBC for making this retreat a wonderful pampered retreat. Blessed to have the opportunity to be able to go to quilt retreat in God’s Country. 🌲🙏❄️☀️

Love it! I actually put in one of my used blades to get a little more mileage out of it.

Finally pulled this out to try it. I got it in a Missouri Star Christmas box. And didn’t realize what it was. You put a 45 rotary blade in between the snowflakes and stand it up in its stand. Life saver at this retreat because I had done a boatload of chain piecing. I will post a video of it in use in another post since I couldn’t combine photos and videos in the same post.

Day 2 9:33pm. Done. Even with a “final lap” around the edge because this fabric wanted to stretch and fray. Going to have to make one for us. This is going to a dear friend just diagnosed with cancer. My specialty, cancer quilts. Check out .Betty's Bunch Chemo Quilts
