Spring Recap from the Mountains ⛰️

Last month, Wilbur and Amy traveled to Fort Collins, Colorado to meet with the
National Association of Home Builders
20 Club, bringing together a group of top building and remodeling companies from across the country.

From home tours to a behind-the-scenes look at Hutch Home Co.'s store and showroom, the trip was centered around education and open conversations about how to better serve our clients and strengthen our businesses.

Opportunities like this allow us to learn from others in the industry, continuously refine the experience we provide here in the Upper Peninsula, and stay connected to a group committed to moving the industry forward together.

With today's heatwave, we found ourselves reflecting on this heavy U.P. winter. ❄️

One of our all time favorite projects is this historic home on High Street in Marquette. When we passed by this winter, we had to stop and snap a photo of it perfectly tucked into the snowbanks.

This remodel was a unique one... while we added onto the home, the overall size was actually reduced. We reworked the layout to maximize usable space and create a more comfortable, intentional home.

Proof that great design isn’t about more space, it’s about the right space. 🏠
