Maryville College Downtown Center

Maryville College Downtown Center Opened in September 2024, the Maryville College Downtown Center returns MC to the heart of Maryville, where we were first established in 1819.

The Downtown Center is the place where Maryville College meets the community. A hub for the College’s new Hospitality and Regional Identity major and Fermentation Sciences minor, the Center will serve many students, as well as businesses and community members through external events, lifelong learning and continuing education classes, and economic development initiatives. The center, located on th

e top floor of the former J&K Building, includes two large classrooms, a teaching/demonstration kitchen, a brewing laboratory and tasting room, faculty and staff offices, and area for a future spirit store. An outdoor patio, added during the renovation, provides additional venue space for events.
