It's been a crazy few years and I've finally decided to close our HeartGrown offices. Losses in my close family coupled with restrictions and social distancing due to Covid-19 have just made it clear that it's time to give thanks to this chapter and move forward. From every experience, we take lessons and grow!

Thank you to all 57 hearts on this tree representing beautiful souls who crossed the threshold! Special thanks to Jackie Gardner, my Sensei who inspired me to pursue my dream with her love and wisdom, and to my family (Michael, Luci and Luke) who helped in every way imaginable at the open and the close. Looking forward to whatever is next in my journey and cherishing all the memories !

Sending out good vibes for the next 35 days. Following the advice of a wise woman, Maya Angelou "Ask for what you want and be prepared to get it". So, I'm asking for a better tomorrow, a shared future where we not only heal but learn to love one another again!

I'll be posting an inspiration card everyday -- it will be an adventure as I'm opening a new one each morning. Starting with a Hope card! It just happens to be the perfect card today!

Finished another paint-by-number today - have always loved sunflowers! Great activity for calming the mind and putting a positive out there in this crazy and uncertain world - hope everyone finds something to give them peace inside too! 💕
