Makin moves 💪🏼

As of this week, I have an official LLC, EIN and sold out of my first product offering - “The Grown-Up Oatmeal Crème Pies.”

👨🏻‍🍳 With flavors of molasses, warm spices, Madagascar vanilla, European butter, I knew these soft oatmeal crème pies were going to be a hit. The secret is a homemade marshmallow crème that I mix with my vanilla crème to get the perfect texture and flavor profile.

Working on some additional products in the coming months. Stay tuned! 🥹

It took me a few tries to get the perfect vanilla creme.

I wanted a smooth, light texture with a sweet vanilla flavor that complimented the warm spice of the soft, oatmeal cookie. This is one of two parts that goes into my homemade vanilla creme. So gooooood.

Remember the oatmeal creme pies growing up?

I took that idea and made my own version, I’m calling “The Grown-Up Oatmeal Creme Pie.”

👨🏻‍🍳 With flavors of molasses, Madagascar vanilla, cinnamon, European butter, in a soft, oatmeal cookie paired with homemade vanilla creme, this is definitely a more elevated version than you remember.

When I first started getting serious about cooking, there were so many things I wish I'd known 😵‍💫 that would have made the whole experience a lot smoother from the start.

✔️ Vanilla bean yogurt with blackberries.

✔️ Toasted Asiago bagel with an over-easy egg, avocado/onion/lime juice/kosher salt spread, uncured bacon, sprinkle of chives and Tuscan salt.
