I want to thank everyone for their prayers and good wishes ! People have been sending their love in so many ways. All the surgeries seem to be healing well. I'm still on "movement precautions" so I'm not supposed to push or pull too much with my upper body. They want to let it all heal without undoing any of the delicate work they had to do. I'm in every day rehabilitation now to focus on getting my legs moving as much as possible. I have noticed some improvement in both feeling and movement in the past couple days. The doctors agree that things are moving in a positive direction. Still a long way to go , and no guarantees on how much will come back , but overall my outlook and attitude both remain positive. With me fighting hard in here and all of you praying out there , I think the results will be remarkable .

Dave has improved greatly!
He will be moved to physical therapy wing to teach him ways to cope with his new standards of living at this point in his recovery.

…please contine the prayers they are working - as of this morning Dave is breathing on his own. There was a little Transition between ventilator and breathing on his own but with many prayers and preserverance hes breathing on his own!

Dave has several things going on and all of those things the drs are having to juggle which issues to deal with first and with the least complications. We all know how fixing one issue creates ease in one direction but creates an issue or two elsewhere. SO PLEASE Also - Pray for direction and knowledge for the drs to make the best decisions for Dave!

It’s been a rough 24 hours for Dave. Right after I posted that he was “ICU stable,” he became more ICU and less stable. Lots going on, please keep praying.
**UPDATE-wednesday am 🙏
Dave had surgery again this morning made a few adjustments and the Drs were able to close his incisions . He will remain sedated and on ventilator through the day, they hope to start bringing him out of sedation sometime tomorrow. That may take a couple days. He is stable.
Please continue to pray for him!

Hello to all our wonderful customers, friends and followers!
Many of you know one of our installers- Dave Arthur the floor guy!!
Yesterday he had a major medical emergency! Thankfully our amazing RESCUE SQUAD VOLUNTEERS were quick to the scene and evaluated Dave and transported him to the hospital where he was then airlifted to Norfolk for emergency heart surgery! We are asking for prayers for Dave and for patience with us. If you have recently ordered or been measured for a job, do not worry, we have other installers that will be working with us. We do ask for a little grace in the scheduling. If you have any questions pertaining to your job that will need to be handled through calling the shop.
We will do our best to keep updates on Dave on this post as we get them.
But again please pray.
