Over the past 20 years, we’ve completed thousands of projects, with the vast majority delivering exceptional results. But hardwood flooring is a highly technical craft, and sometimes unexpected variables arise,many of them outside anyone’s control.

Sanding and refinishing floors is far more demanding than most people realize. Reaching the highest level in this trade requires years of dedication, experience, investment, and precision. And when an issue falls within our responsibility or scope of work, we address it the right way, without cutting corners, making excuses, or avoiding accountability.

You may rarely see situations like this in our projects, but we are human, and no professional is completely immune to mistakes. What truly matters is how those situations are handled.

Our First social media showroom walk-through had to be unique and memorable.

We have a new little sales associate in our team, not very difficult to notice how well she knows about color selection, surface materials, textures and effects, center pieces and functionality.

She's quite quick on her feet to show you around. She's learning on how to treat clients with respect and to sell what they need with quality, but giving money away may be too nice of her! hahaha

"The Final boss" Do not watch if you have anxiety....

Tile installation mostly is done with 12"x24" format,and it's safe to say that if you cut a piece wrong "just cut another one" well what you see here is the ultimate test,handpicked XL porcelain tiles were picked, out of 12 huge slabs we were able to have a 100% rate of precision cuts,meaning no waste,no accidents,just pure and hardwork precision down to the millimeter. Now ask around and ask how many have this sucess rate!? We are about to start making a name in the tile industry in Charlotte as well.

Is costumer service important to you? For us it is!

A supplier we started doing business with lost thousands of dollars and future business because they did a really bad job at helping us get this material ordered and delivered.

Dealing with XL slabs is already a big commitment and risky business but when your supplier makes even harder it just turns it al into a nightmare even before starting the work.
