This beautiful home was basically a new construction when my clients purchased it! It was barely, previously lived in! So with a couple of paint changes, lighting changes, and then, of course, the decor (some old some new) we were able to fully customize the space!

Coastal vibes 🌊 🏖️ in a land locked state….the soft blue hues and burl wood coffee table is giving all the vibes…who doesn’t want to feel like they live in a vacation home? The airiness and calmness that this living space gives is exactly what my client needed!

This kitchen 😍 I love the white oak custom cabinetry, brick accent wall, and the built in fridge! We accented this kitchen minimally so that its natural beauty could prevail! But a couple fun pieces can’t hurt, right?

This primary bath has me swooning…the wallpaper, mirrors, and sconces…oh my 😍 I surprised my client with some fabulous grasscloth wallpaper. I love when I get to freely use my vision…just you wait until I post the half bath 😘.

FORE! ⛳️ This beautiful new construction home was just completed and this golf simulator room started from a blank box! We chose SW Iron ore for the paint color as well as wallpaper accents!

So many custom pieces round out this design, including those amazing live edge bar ledges 😍 created by Ten Acre Woodworks and a 3D art piece (done by yours truly😘) that really elevates the entry into this space! These were some very special clients so I will be able to watch the enjoyment this room will bring!

🏚️➡️🏡 I’ve been dying to share this project and I’m close enough to completion to finally share the majority of the home! This client let me have free reign of the design! 😍 After discussing a general theme, preferences, and exchanging some concept photos I quickly realized our theme/design concept: eclectic!! You guys…the pictures can not do this design justice….it’s probably one of my most favorite designs! 🤤💚

🗝️🖼️ Eclectic design is certainly not for everyone but it’s so fun…there are no rules, it incorporates the use of various colors, and allows mixing and matching of old and new….For me it’s a chef’s kiss 👩🏼‍🍳💋!

Squeezed in one last install before Christmas for a very special client! This project was all about nostalgia and minimalism!

We started paint/kitchen construction back in September and wrapped up with furniture/decor this week! We were able to totally transform this house into a home! I was so honored to work on this project….more to come from this beautiful home soon!

Spring sprung, summer sizzled…out all the beautifulness that once was….😂☀️ today was spent recreating this space into a fall masterpiece for an event tomorrow! After all this work, we figured out it’s supposed to rain all tonight/tomorrow 😭😭
