- All orders must be paid in full at the time of order
- Invoices will be sent within 12 hours of your order
- Completion time will be 5-7 business days.
- Delivery is free within 15 miles
- Delivery fees will depend on location outside of 15 miles
- Shipping orders must be purchased within my Etsy shop
- I will accept returns for damaged items only, buyers are responsible for retu

rn shipping costs.
- I must be contacted within 24 hours of delivery to honor a refund.
- I am unable to accept cancellations or issue refunds on custom items. Please contact me for any questions or concerns regarding these policies or your order!

The “shop” will be open until my shed sells. Figured no point in getting rid of everything today if the sheds still there.

I get home around 5:30 if anyone wants to come during the week.

Life has gotten a little too hectic. I’ve fallen behind on a lot of things trying to juggle two small kids, full time job, and this little business of mine…I tend to forget I’m only one person!

I’m not quitting for good, I just have a few things that desperately need my attention before I can continue!
