Quick 2 week kitchen renovation! My client was a trooper!! Minor glitch in her first wall color choice but easily remedied. She is more than pleased and already spreading my name to others. 🥰
I had to push her project up by a month because of another larger project I have down south of Charleston next week.

Been working in this crazy heat for a few days doing some powerwashing, caulking and painting of Facia and soffit. Repainting of clients front porch as well. Down here one MUST maintain the barrier from this humid weather.

Started the project prior to my trip to Michigan.

Didn't take all aspects of the work performed.
Another satisfied client. 😀

Quick floor install to update a clients kitchen/dining/entry/bath area.

Flooring used is called NexGen absolutely fabulous 👌. Easy to install and walking on it feels like you are on air.

**I did not take before photos for most of it....Oops. 🤣🤣

Good morning to all.

Sharing the remodel photos of Mom's kitchen. This room was taken down to studs and put back together. Additional floor joists, blocking and bracing installed under the room.

This house was built with rough cut lumber and in no numerical sense. In other words, not built to any building codes of current times. Example: floor joists were anywhere from 23" to more than 36" apart! 🤯😵‍💫

I personal am in love with the transformation. 😍
This is the most counter space my mother has ever had!! She will be back to baking up a storm soon I am certain.
