Installed Allergy Screen on this porch. (I didn’t even know there was such a thing! This screen has a filter on it to keep on pollen and other debris out. Pretty cool stuff. I will know in a week or two if it really works. Client was happy with the finish product.

Had the pleasure of doing something I haven’t done yet. Thanks to a local bar/restaurant owner for giving me a chance to try something new. I had to be creative and figure out how to make the screens removable for winter. So I built two frames (roughly 3’ by 12’ long) out of 1” x 3” cedar with matching paint to the building and then I installed the mini track to that. Finished with BetterVue screen. The handles you see in one of the pictures are only for installing and removing. The owner is very happy with the outcome and I would have to say that I was very pleased too. It was fun to be creative!

The first picture is without any screens as you can see by the window slightly opened.
