Salmon is on the smoker tonight. Definitely a family and fan favorite!! That's why we smoke it so much. The smokeshow has failed on putting up posts of other cooks the past few weeks. We did a London broil and pork chop smoke last weekend that I forgot to post. Sorry about that I'll try to do better about posting smokes.
