Mango kadhi 16 oz - $14
Fresh Mango purée & yogurt soup with a touch of chickpea flour for depth. Garnished with fresh mangoes. It’s refreshingly perfect pairing with the pulov.

Pulov with Spring onions, pecans & dried cherries 16 oz - $14
Fragrant Basmati rice stir fried lightly with spring onions, herbs, cumin seeds & dried fruit. Great with mango kadhi.

White peas & turkey keema with crispy noodles topping 16 oz - $16 (Sub: crumbled paneer)
A unique street food found in west parts of India cooked with a homemade spice blend. It tastes amazing with toasted Hawaiian rolls. We enjoy it just like sloppy joes on rolls.

Samosas 3 pcs - $10
Fried potatoes & spring peas triangle pockets. Great with ketchup.

Kesar Mango Chicken 16 oz - $18
A scratch made sauce with curry leaf paste, pure saffron & kesar mangoes. Kesar mangoes are a seasonal breed of the fruit considered to be the king. This is a favorite every spring/summer for us. Goes great with Rotis or just steamed rice. (GF) (Sub: Organic Homemade Paneer or ask for vegan options)

Sai Bhaji 16 oz - $14
A wholesome dish that's packed with lentils, spring greens like fresh fenugreek, spinach, red drum and a pot load of other seasonal organic veggies from spiral path farm. It has a homemade blend of mild spices, lots of ghee & cumin tempering. It’s a treat with some steamed rice. (GF) (Vegan alternative available)

FRYUMS - A gallon zipper bag full of kettle fried fryums in avocado oil. Fryums are made from rice flour & sea salt then shaped in tube shapes like rigatoni pasta. I fry them in a high smoke point oil for lesser carbon intake as kids snacks (and adult snacks lol) - $5
