No Net Carving LLC I have taken my love of making maps, a passion for carving and merged them to carve maps out of wood. Since I was a kid I have loved carving or whittling wood.

My name is Paul Crowder, I grew up in Marshfield Wisconsin, spent summers at my grand parents cabin in Tomahawk, and currently live outside of Lodi Wisconsin. I have a degree from UW Madison in Cartography and worked 17 years for a mapping company. When we started designing 3D maps with shaded relief, I thought it would be wonderful to merge my skills at map making with my life long love of carvin

g wood. My first efforts were small and simple. As my skills grew I started working on bolder ideas, incorporating land around the lakes. With a full time job and 2 kids participating in many extra curricular activities, my projects sometimes sat for weeks or months. With the kids grown. I have now made this dream a reality. I hope my customers enjoy my work as much as I have enjoyed creating the pieces.
