Pantry or scullery — what do YOU call this room?
This one was designed to work as hard as it looks good. Deep blue cabinetry brings the moodiness, warm walnut open shelving keeps it from feeling too heavy, and unlacquered brass ties it all together. Reeded glass doors hide small appliances without hiding all the texture, and that little arched bracket behind the sink softens up the straight lines.
The patterned wallpaper was the final touch Galbraith & Paul — turning a working space into one you actually want to hang out in.
