Hardwood flooring and installation with quality service and the best prices. NJ Contractor's License NJ Contractor's License .

Dan Higgins Wood Flooring Warehouse is a family owned and operated showroom and contracting business, founded in 1985 by Dan Higgins at the age of 22. Today, more than 35 years later, we serve customers out of two showrooms and still do all of our own installations in NJ, PA and DE using our own employees. We pride ourselves in selling products that will be beautiful, practical and affordable and servicing them for as long as you own your home, while sending out clean-cut, courteous employees to perform their art; hardwood flooring installation. Maybe that’s why our customers keep coming back and even bringing their families. Dan Higgins Wood Flooring Warehouse is a DBA of Quality Installation Associates, Inc.

Is your house haunted by carpet? The average carpet contains 200,000 bacteria per square inch–4,000 times more than the toilet seat. Carpet fabric traps common allergens. Pet dander, pollen, mold, and dust can cling to the carpet fibers. Stepping on the carpet releases allergens trapped in the fibers into the air.

Here's some of our favorite before and after photos of carpet being replaced with new wood floors. To get rid of your old carpet, call us at 609-953-7766 or text us at 609-284-9886 for a free estimate. We're open today until 5pm and tomorrow (Saturday) 10am-3pm.

We often say that a cheap construction job can go well, but what happens when it goes wrong? These rooms were part of a larger installation. As the installers were getting to the last boxes of wood, they realized they didn't match the rest of the flooring.

Our installers are full time, hourly employees, not paid by the job. So instead of finishing the job as quickly as possible, they contacted our buyer. She ordered replacement flooring and, because we get flooring deliveries every day, was able to get the new boxes the next day. Our delivery driver is also a full time employee, so he could deliver the wood to the customer as soon as it arrived at our warehouse. Then we moved around our schedule to finish the job as soon as the wood was acclimated.

No low quality installations, pointing fingers at subcontractors, or waiting for weeks with a half-finished job. That's the Dan Higgins difference.

Our installers Adam and Janusz installed this Points East 1/2”x 7 1/2” Engineered European Oak “Ashville” in a foyer and kitchen in Jobstown, NJ.
