I absolutely LOVE getting to work with other local, family-owned businesses, and I’m beyond stoked to see the Roanoke team rocking their new gear as apple season gets underway! 🍏🍎

And speaking of apple season… fresh apples, cider & those freaking cider donuts are almost back. 🤤🍩

How is it already the end of August?! 😳

I swear I blinked and summer was GONE. Between Michala’s graduation party—which consumed an entire month of my life and mind 😂—travel baseball, tournaments, moving Michala into college, running my business and just LIFE… the last month has been a whirlwind. ❤️

And don’t get me wrong—we enjoyed every bit of summer doing what we love most: watching our boy play baseball. ⚾️❤️ I wouldn’t trade those weekends at the ballfield for anything. The boat and pool can wait. 😂 We finished our pool deck just in time for summer to end, I’ve swam in the pool exactly ONCE, and we’ve only managed to get the boat out a few times. That’s just what summer looks like around here, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. ❤️

BUT… somewhere in all of that, I almost let a pretty big milestone slip by…

I’ve officially been in my shop for ONE YEAR!! 🥹🎉

One whole year of walking out my back door and into a space that is MINE. One year of printing, embroidering, creating, screwing things up 😂, figuring things out, working late nights, filling crazy orders and watching this little business continue to grow.

And I have been BUSY in there. 👀

I’ve got new designs I can’t WAIT to print, fall sports are here, football season is coming, hoodies and crewnecks are calling my name, and I’m ready to see what year TWO brings.

So here’s to the end of one crazy summer… and ONE YEAR in the shop that I still can’t believe is mine. ❤️

Now… back to work. 😂

A little grace, please. 💛

If I’m a little slower than usual responding to messages this weekend, it’s because I’m currently sitting on the sidelines cheering on my favorite boy ⚾️ after a week (and weekend!) full of baseball, while also being waist-deep in graduation party prep for my girl, Michala Ray.

Between ballgames, balloons, flowers, decorations, food, and all the last-minute details, my shop is sharing my attention for just a couple of days.

I’ll be back to normal on Monday and will get caught up on all messages and orders then.

Thank you all so much for your patience and for always supporting both my small business and my family. It truly means more than you know. ❤️
