One thing we became very intentional about over the last year was protecting the homeowner experience as our project volume grows.
Because honestly, one of the fastest ways for remodeling projects to become stressful is when companies overload themselves.
Communication slows down.
Details start slipping.
Scheduling becomes reactive.
And homeowners often end up carrying stress and uncertainty they never should have had to carry in the first place.
That’s exactly what we’ve been working hard to avoid.
Which is why we intentionally limit the number of active projects we take on at one time.
Not to create artificial scarcity.
But because thoughtful remodeling genuinely requires:
• communication
• coordination
• planning
• follow-through
• and enough bandwidth to properly support homeowners throughout the process.
Not just to create beautiful finished spaces — but to make the experience itself feel calmer, clearer, and more supported for homeowners along the way.
Right now, we can responsibly take on approximately:
• 3 more full kitchen or bathroom remodels
• and 4–5 flooring-focused projects
before new projects begin pushing further into the calendar.
