This is a one-of-a-kind, fully custom camper build, designed and crafted from the ground up for a customer's 1999 Toyota 4Runner.

Every inch of this build was thoughtfully designed to maximize storage, functionality, and versatility, bringing multiple camping essentials together into one integrated system. From dedicated cooking space to convertible sleeping accommodations, this project is packed with custom features built around the way our customer camps and travels.

Packed with custom features and functionality, this build includes:

• Dual 32" full-extension locking drawers providing deep, accessible storage with the ability to fully extend for easy access to gear stored all the way in the back. Each drawer locks securely in place when not in use.

• 30" slide-out cooktop surface offering a dedicated cooking and prep area without sacrificing valuable interior space. Finished with a UV-resistant clear coat for added durability and easy cleanup.

• Integrated side storage compartments featuring removable dividers, giving the customer the flexibility to organize and reconfigure storage around different camping equipment, tools, and supplies.

• Convertible flip-top sleeping platform designed to serve two purposes. When folded up, it provides additional space for storing gear. When folded down, it creates an extended sleeping surface inside the vehicle.

• Removable support legs constructed from 1" steel pipe and floor flanges. These provide support for the sleeping platform when deployed and can be removed when not needed to maximize available storage space.

• Custom carpet-wrapped finish throughout the system, including the drawer fronts and exterior surfaces, creating a clean, cohesive appearance that complements the vehicle's interior.

We designed every component around the customer's vehicle and specific requirements, from the storage layout and locking mechanisms to the convertible sleeping platform and removable supports.

Rather than adapting an off-the-shelf setup, we built this system from the ground up to fit the vehicle and the customer's exact needs.

After building shipping crates for one of our commercial customers,
we had the opportunity to tackle another challenge:
A custom storage rack for their NFL camera masts!

Their previous steel setup held 8 masts & had severe tipping issues.
These masts measure approximately 100" long & 350lbs each,
making a stable, well-designed storage solution essential.

We designed and built a custom rack featuring:
• Overall dimensions: 48" × 48" × 54"
• Storage capacity: 16 individual 9" × 9" sections
• Layout: 4×4 configuration for balanced, organized storage
• Load capacity: Designed to hold over 6,000 lbs of equipment
• Construction: Pressure-treated lumber with a slatted bottom to allow
rainwater to drain through and prevent water from pooling
around the wood and stored masts.

Another unique challenge solved with a custom-built solution!

Giganta-Storage!
Because a regular vertical plywood rack just isn't enough. 😎

Our custom vertical sheet-goods storage system is finally done! Overkill by design to handle thousands of pounds of material.

• 110" Tall × 61" Wide × 48" Deep
• 8 heavy-duty cast-iron/poly casters
• ~700 lbs empty / ~4,500 lbs fully loaded

Holds:
x20 sheets of 3/4" CG Ply
x20 sheets of 1/2" OSB Ply
x20 sheets of 1/4" Peg & Utility Board
+ Additional scrap material of all shapes & sizes

The bottom features Formica for smooth, low-friction loading, along with a custom conveyor roller system designed by us that lets heavy sheets roll into position instead of having to be completely lifted. Saving both our arms & material scuffs.
