Meal Prep Tips!! For Maintaining, Losing or Gaining

1. Know how many calories you must consume daily. If you’re maintaining you eat the same amount everyday, losing weight you want to be in a caloric deficit -, Gaining would be a caloric surplus +

2. Eat or Prep food You would actually ENJOY eating!! Chicken Steak Salmon Ground Turkey Lean Protein and Veggies, etc Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescatarian

3. I don’t believe you should Die trying Diets!! Diets are extremely temporary!! It’s 100% mental and behavioral, changing your relationship with food from a toxic one to a healthy one. Trust Me I’m fighting with me Everyday 🤣🤣

4. I will always advise you to consult with your PC, Dietitian, Nutritionist, etc before making drastic decisions and changes.
