Collect + Curate Studio award winning interior design studio + design fueled by experience and passion for hospitality

Memphis native Natalie Lieberman is a NCIDQ-certified designer who specializes in restaurant design and adaptive reuse. She is a graduate of The University of Memphis, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Interior Design. Lieberman is proud to bring her nearly fifteen years of design industry experience to her hometown with the opening of her design studio, Collect + Curate, offering interior de

sign and creative consulting services. Prior to returning to Memphis, Lieberman worked in Atlanta, first in hotel design and later joining restaurant design powerhouse, Johnson Studio. While living in Atlanta, she witnessed the rise of the urban revitalization movement, a revival largely fueled by successful adaptive reuse of existing buildings. This trend has gained momentum in Memphis, and Lieberman’s design talent is uniquely suited for the preservation of the city’s unique character and authenticity. In addition to her affinity for giving neglected buildings a second life, Lieberman’s roots in the hospitality industry continue to drive her interest in Memphis’ growing number of niche and chef-driven restaurants. Her passion for the food arena can be traced to her family’s love of great food and of entertaining guests. Coupled with a decade of restaurant operational experience, her family background led to her distinctive approach to restaurant design, which showcases the intrinsic connection between food and love. Her signature elegant yet effortless style is incorporated into PRATO in Winter Park, Florida; KR SteakBar in Atlanta, Georgia; and the 360 Rooftop at The Hilton Hotel in St. Louis, Missouri; and One Flew South in the E Concourse of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport. Lieberman has been recognized for her adaptive reuse expertise with a 2007 Adaptive Reuse Award from the Atlanta Urban Design Commission for Ecco, and has utilized this talent with two recent restoration projects: Propcellar Vintage Rentals and City & State Coffee and Retail Shop, each one a first-of-its-kind business in Memphis. Befitting her appreciation for both old elements and new ideas, Lieberman regularly scours flea markets, watches classic movies, and scouts the hottest restaurants and hotels for endless sources of inspiration. When she’s not designing or in the middle of a construction site, you’ll find her enjoying time with her husband and daughter.

Felicia Suzanne’s 20-year legacy of dedication to Southern Creole cuisine continues in its second location, blending New Orleans charm with modern design. The restaurant features distinct but connected bar, dining, and lounge areas, creating a journey for guests through warm, backlit stone, striped millwork, pecky cypress, velvet drapery, and textured glass.

Guests enter from South Main Street into a drapery vestibule and see a glowing stone counter. The cozy lounge overlooks the bar and dining spaces, with comfortable round booths facing a modern bar of stone, brass, and mirrored elements. Movable millwork partitions separate event dining, where a pecky cypress ceiling and flexible banquettes create a unique ambiance.

The back patio hosts the BKS (Best Kept Secret) Bar and garden lounge with brick walls, gas lanterns, checkered tile, and French bistro seating, adjustable for groups of varying sizes. Glass doors lead to the intimate Bubble Lounge, featuring brass accents, plush seating, and a tented ceiling. The front patio is surrounded by greenery, ideal for market sandwiches or Sunday brunch.
