We are honored to announce that Alex Griffith has been named Chief Executive Officer of Artisent Floors.

Alex joined Artisent Floors in 2010 after graduating from the University of Arkansas with a degree in business. That same year, he opened our first satellite location in Jackson, Miss., marking the beginning of Artisent Floors’s expansion beyond Memphis. Alex most recently served as Chief Operating Officer, and has been instrumental in getting Artisent Floors to where it is today. We are excited to see how our company continues to succeed under his leadership!

Barry Griffith will transition to Chairman of the Board, where he will remain actively involved in shaping the strategic direction of Artisent Floors.

One week later + we’re still feeling energized from NAA Apartmentalize in New Orleans! 🎷

We enjoyed happy hours and dinners with our friends and partners, a team golf outing at TPC Louisiana, + even a riverboat cruise that met Tropical Storm Arthur head-on (yes, we got soaked!) ☔️🚢

Grateful for the opportunity to catch up with friends—some of whom we’ve known 15+ years—and to meet many new ones. A great reminder that what makes the multifamily industry so special is the relationships. 🙌

Our New Construction team partnered with Samet Corporation on The Novus, a striking high-rise that’s helping redefine the skyline in Downtown Durham. Featuring a mix of luxury apartments, for-sale condominiums, and amenity spaces, this project showcases thoughtful design from top to bottom.

We’re proud to have played a role in bringing this stunning project to life!
