“Mushroom Fairy” combines traditional quilt blocks from Moda Blockheads 5 using the 6” size blocks released this fall with my original design portrait quilt. Embellished with fabric paint for the mushroom white dots/freckles, Derwent Inktense pencils, a mushroom bead as an earring, glitter paint and a tiny red rhinestone on the nose.
