Buttons & Keepsakes by Frank Garcia has officially arrived and it is SO cute. Teddy bears, bows, vintage sewing treasures, sweet little dolls, shabby chic florals… every page feels like a treasured keepsake.

This collection is giving Grandma’s sewing room in the absolute best way and I am completely here for it. 😍

Our little Shoppe Boy is officially a high school graduate! 🎓

It was an absolute nail-biter, too. This kid took it all the way down to the wire. I was literally back at his middle school the day before graduation returning a library book he checked out right before the pandemic shutdown in 2020 just so he could walk with his class. 😂

The road to graduation was definitely a bumpy one, but he made it. I couldn’t be more proud of my baby bear and all the hard work it took to get here.

You guys, Summer in Color is almost here and I am SO excited! ☀️🌈🌺🎨

For one whole week, my classroom gets filled with paint, creativity, laughter, new friendships, and kids who think glitter is a perfectly acceptable crafting supply for literally everything. 😆

We’re going to paint, create, experiment, and make all kinds of colorful projects. The artwork is always amazing, but one of my favorite things to watch is what happens throughout the week. Kids walk in on Monday a little unsure, and by Tuesday morning they’re already best friends and acting like they’ve known each other forever.

There is something so special about giving kids a space where they can create freely, try new things, and be proud of what they make.

If your kiddo is always drawing, painting, crafting, building, or leaving little creative surprises all over your house, they are going to have the BEST time.

And can we talk about the artwork for a second? These aren’t little coloring pages coming home in a backpack. The projects these kids create are seriously cool. During our Spring Break camp, I was completely amazed by their creativity and the way they made each project their own. By Friday, our art show felt like a real little gallery full of masterpieces.

CRAFTERNOON IS BACK IN JUNE! 🥳

You know that project you’ve been meaning to work on?

The one that’s been riding around in your car for three weeks. 😆

Yep. Bring that one.

Crafternoon is basically a monthly meetup for people who understand that owning craft supplies and actually finishing projects are two completely different hobbies. 🤣

It’s a chance to escape the real world for a few hours, leave the stress at the door, and hang out with people who totally get why glitter in your cup holder is considered a personality trait. ✨

Bring whatever you’re working on and come spend the afternoon crafting, chatting, snacking, laughing, and making progress on those projects that have been patiently waiting for their moment.

And because I know someone will ask… the $15 isn’t a fee to bring your own craft. It helps cover the snacks, drinks, shared goodies, and all the fun little touches that turn our cotton candy dreamland into the happiest little crafty clubhouse around. Plus it helps me know how many snacks to buy because crafting is serious business and nobody should have to create on an empty stomach. 🍿🧁🥂🧃

Friends, I am SO excited for our June calendar! We have so many fun events planned, and we’re kicking things off on June 13th with our Taylor Swift Bridal Shower! ✨

Join us as we celebrate our favorite bride-to-be with a beautiful Bloom Bar experience where you’ll select your own stems and create a gorgeous bouquet to take home and enjoy. 💐

We’ll have delicious food, cocktails, mocktails, games, prizes, and all the bridal shower fun you’d expect. 🥂 The only thing missing will be Taylor herself… but hey, you never know. She could decide to stop by little old Mentone, California and put us on the map. 😉

Tickets are available now and must be purchased in advance so we can properly plan for the shower.

Hey friends, I have some bummer news to share with you. I’ve been holding off on telling you this for a while because it makes me so sad, but Daydream Paint is no longer making paint. 😭

That means what I have on the shelves is all I will have. Like I said, I’m super bummed. You guys know how much I love this paint.

So I need to let you know that what’s on the website is all there is. If there’s a color you’ve been wanting, grab it now while I’ve got it because there will not be any more restocks. 😭
