From builder-basic to a space that finally feels intentional ✨

This bathroom started with a fiberglass shower and an awkward vanity layout that left an unusable gap at the window. We reworked the entire space—bringing in a fully tiled shower with a two-tone moment: grey on the bottom, white on top for contrast and depth.

A walnut vanity now sits centered at the window, flanked by tall linen cabinets on each side for a more custom, built-in feel and much-needed storage.

Clean lines, rich tones, and a masculine edge that fits the space perfectly. 🤍

From cold and forgotten to warm and inviting ✨

This powder room went from a flat, grey space to one full of depth and character. We added detailed green wainscoting to ground the room, then layered in a beautiful floral wallpaper above for warmth and softness.

We swapped the standard vanity lighting for sconces on either side of the mirror and brought in a furniture-style vanity to give it that collected, elevated feel.

The first thing you see when you walk in—and now it actually makes a statement ✨

We completely reworked this staircase, swapping out the standard, seen-it-a-hundred-times newel post for something far more intentional and unique. A rich stain ties the entire stair system together, turning it into a true focal point.

We also closed in those awkward ledge areas in the vaulted ceiling and carried a continuous trim detail from the first floor all the way up—running the second-floor base along the stair wall to create one cohesive, architectural moment.

We extended and reconfigured the layout to bring in more light, more function, and a view that makes even the everyday tasks feel a little easier and more enjoyable.
