This client's lovely home is nestled between the Arizona Canal and Camelback Mountain in the historic neighborhood of Arcadia. We updated their primary bathroom in the transitional style, complete with a double vanity, free-standing soaking tub, and a spacious walk-in shower.

We focused on warm tones and natural materials to create a welcoming environment, while contrasting with dark tile floors and distinct patterns to keep the space feeling contemporary. The result is the perfect balance of comfort and polish to guarantee a timeless remodel.

Sunlake is a neighborhood filled with thoughtful homes built to last, and we made sure our client's home was no exception. We opened a small U-shaped kitchen into an expansive gathering space, with easy access to adjoining common areas and a 12-foot island perfect for entertaining.

The unique challenge for this primary bath in the friendly small town of Cave Creek was to have the renovated half of the space blend seamlessly with the original design. We achieved that while modernizing the space with cool colors to match the dark floors, handcrafted details, and contemporary touches.

Monterrey Tile Company added texture and character, while Brizo Faucet plumbing fixtures added functionality and modern finishes. The result is a cohesive, serene retreat that recognizes its past while embracing its future.
