Talk about stepping outside of your comfort zone! 🎂💍

I made my very first gluten-free wedding cake for a family friend, and let me tell you… STRESSED is an understatement! 😂

But I am SO glad I took the leap! ❤️

As a baker, I’m constantly learning, growing, and reminding myself to have faith in what I create. Sometimes you just have to push past the nerves, trust your skills, and believe in yourself!

And knowing I was able to create something so special that the bride could enjoy gluten-free made it that much sweeter. That was truly the icing on the cake… no pun intended! 😂🍰

Will I do it again? Probably only for my own kiddos! 😂 But it was such a great experience, and I’m so glad I challenged myself to do something outside of my comfort zone!
