Cooking jacket potatoes in the air fryer may not be any quicker than a conventional oven but they are day and night in terms of taste and texture! (and cheaper than using the oven) After trying different techniques this is the one that works for me every time. I use a skewer to prick them all over, coat them in olive oil and coarse salt (don’t be tempted to skip this step as it makes the skin so crunchy and tasty!) and cook them at 190’ on air fry for about 60 mins turning them half way. Check them after 50 mins by sticking the skewer through them to see if the middle is soft. Once done the skin is crunchy and the middle is fluffy

Sticky Chili-Lime Air Fryer Chicken Wings

Based on the images provided, this recipe recreates those extra crispy, golden-brown chicken wings coated in a glossy, sticky chili-lime glaze, finished with fresh cilantro. The air fryer is the perfect tool to get that restaurant-quality crispiness without deep frying.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 25-30 minutes
Servings: 2-3

Ingredients:
For the Wings:
2 lbs (1 kg) chicken wings, split into flats and drumettes, patted very dry with paper towels.
1 tablespoon olive oil (or avocado oil)
1 tablespoon baking powder (Optional, but highly recommended for extra crispiness)
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder

For the Chili-Lime Glaze:
½ cup sweet chili sauce (e.g., Mae Ploy or Maggi brand)
2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (about ½ a lime)
1 teaspoon Sriracha or garlic-chili paste (optional, for extra heat)
1 clove garlic, minced
Zest of ½ a lime

For Garnish:
Fresh cilantro leaves, roughly chopped
Lime wedges

Instructions:
Step 1: Prep the Wings:
1. Pat the wings completely dry with paper towels. This is crucial for getting them crispy.
2. In a large bowl, toss the wings with the oil, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated. The baking powder helps draw out moisture from the skin during cooking.

Step 2: Air Fry the Wings:
1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
2. Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket (as shown in image_1.png). Do not overcrowd them; they need space for the air to circulate. If needed, cook in batches.
3. Air fry for 15 minutes.
4. Remove the basket and flip the wings over.
5. Return the basket and cook for another 10-15 minutes, or until the wings are deep golden brown, crispy, and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C).

Step 3: Prepare the Glaze:
While the wings are cooking, make the glaze:
1. In a small saucepan, combine the sweet chili sauce, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, Sriracha (if using), minced garlic, and lime zest.
2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently.
3. Let it bubble gently for 2-3 minutes until the glaze thickens slightly and becomes sticky. Set aside.

Step 4: Coat and Finish:
1. Transfer the hot, crispy wings from the air fryer to a clean, large bowl.
2. Pour the warm chili-lime glaze over the wings.
3. Toss the wings gently until they are fully and evenly coated in the sticky glaze (as seen in image_0.png).

Step 5: Serve:
1. Pile the glazed wings onto a platter.
2. Garnish generously with chopped fresh cilantro.
3. Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side for squeezing. The extra bowl of glaze seen in the images can be served on the side as a dipping sauce.

🍳 PERFECT Air Fryer Poached Eggs Every Time!

Okay, can we just talk about how LIFE-CHANGING this hack is? I used to think poached eggs were reserved for fancy brunches and Instagram food bloggers, but not anymore. My air fryer just became my new breakfast MVP, and yours can too.

These eggs come out with that PERFECT runny golden yolk and silky white every single time—no failed attempts, no frustrated spatula work. Just beautiful, restaurant-quality poached eggs in about 8 minutes. And honestly? They're easier than actually poaching them in water.

What You'll Need:
- 2 large eggs
- 2 silicone muffin liners or ramekins (this is KEY!)
- 1 tbsp water
- Pinch of salt & pepper
- Butter or cooking spray for the ramekins

The Secret Air Fryer Ingredient:
Silicone or ceramic ramekins. Seriously—don't skip this. They prevent sticking AND help cook the eggs evenly. Plus, they look Instagram-worthy when you serve them 😉

How to Make Them:
1. Spray your ramekins lightly with cooking spray
2. Add about ½ tbsp of water to each (this creates steam without making them rubbery)
3. Crack your eggs gently into the ramekins
4. Air fry at 350°F for 7-8 minutes (depending on how runny you like your yolk)
5. Give the ramekin a gentle shake—the white should jiggle slightly, and the yolk should still wobble

Serve Them With:
- Buttered toast (sourdough is chef's kiss)
- Avocado slices & everything bagel seasoning
- Roasted asparagus
- Smoked salmon & fresh dill
- A bed of wilted spinach
- Fresh fruit on the side

The best part? You can make a whole batch for guests, and they're all done at the same time. No standing over a pot of simmering water hoping for the best.

That's Not Just a Sandwich, That's PERFECTION 🧀✨

You know that moment when you're standing at the stove, carefully watching a grilled cheese so it doesn't burn on the outside while staying cold on the inside? Yeah, those days are over.

I'm not exaggerating when I say this air fryer grilled cheese changed my life. The bread gets this insanely crispy, golden-brown exterior (no more pale, sad bread!), while the inside melts into this gooey masterpiece. And the best part? It takes like 6 minutes. I used to spend way longer babysitting it on the stovetop.

Here's What You Need:
- 2 slices of bread (sourdough is chef's kiss, but any sturdy bread works)
- 2-3 slices of your favorite cheese (I used sharp cheddar, but get creative!)
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- Salt & pepper to taste

The Secret Air Fryer Hack:
Spray the basket with cooking spray first. Seriously, this changes everything. It keeps the bottom from sticking and gives you an even crispier result. You'll wonder why nobody tells you this.

How to Make It:
Butter both sides of your bread generously. Layer your cheese between the slices. Pop it in the air fryer at 370°F for about 6-7 minutes, flipping halfway through. That's it. You're done.

Serve It With:
- Tomato soup (the classic combo for a reason)
- Crispy bacon on the side
- A pickle spear (trust me on this)
- Homemade chips

So here's my question for you: What's YOUR go-to cheese for grilled cheese? Are you team cheddar, team brie, or are you doing something wild I haven't thought of yet? Drop it in the comments! 👇

Air Fryer Cheeseburger French Fry Bake

Prep time: 15 mins | Air Fry Time: ~20 mins | Servings: 4–6

Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef (or ground turkey)
1 bag (20–24 oz) frozen shoestring French fries
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup (or 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar)
1 small onion, finely diced (optional)
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & black pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar or colby jack cheese (for top layer)
Optional toppings: Cooked crumbled bacon, secret burger sauce drizzle, and chopped fresh parsley.

Instructions:
Step 1: Crisp the Fries:
1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
2. Add the frozen shoestring fries to the air fryer basket in a single or light layer.
3. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crisp. Remove and set aside.
(Pre-crisping prevents the fries from turning soggy under the meat and sauce).

Step 2: Prepare the Cheeseburger Meat Base:
1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and diced onion until fully cooked. Drain off excess grease.
2. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Lower the heat and stir in the cream of mushroom soup and cheddar cheese soup until smooth and creamy.

Step 3: Assemble in an Air-Fryer-Safe Pan:
1. Grease an air-fryer-safe dish (such as an 8x8 silicone pan, cake pan, or oven-safe baking dish that fits inside your air fryer basket).
2. Pour the creamy beef mixture into the bottom of the dish and smooth into an even layer.
3. Layer the crispy air-fried French fries evenly across the top of the beef mixture.
4. Sprinkle the 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and bacon bits over the fries.

Step 4: Air Fry the Bake:
1. Place the assembled dish into the air fryer basket.
2. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 6–8 minutes, until the cheese is completely melted, bubbly, and slightly golden around the edges.

Step 5: Garnish & Serve:
1. Carefully remove the dish from the air fryer.
2. Drizzle with burger sauce/mayo sauce and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving hot!

Air-Fryer Greek Yogurt Bagel Bites 🥯✨

Just discovered the easiest high-protein snack that tastes WAY better than it should! These soft, chewy bagel bites are basically little clouds of deliciousness—and your air fryer makes them in under 10 minutes. Seriously, once you make these, you'll be making them constantly (I'm on batch 3 this week 😅)

Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla
- Pinch of sea salt
- Everything bagel seasoning or cinnamon sugar for topping
- 2 tbsp cream cheese (optional, for stuffing)

Instructions:
Mix yogurt, flour, honey, and vanilla until you get a soft dough (it'll be a little sticky—that's perfect!). Roll into golf ball-sized pieces and poke a tiny hole in the center if you're stuffing them with cream cheese. Air fry at 350°F for 8-10 minutes until golden and puffy.

What to Serve With:
Honestly, they're amazing on their own, but try them with:
- Cream cheese + fresh berries
- Smoked salmon + dill cream cheese
- Almond butter + berries
- Just eat them plain (judge-free zone!)

The Secret Ingredient for Air Fryer Success:
A light spray of cooking oil on the outside before air frying. This is the game-changer that gets you that gorgeous golden exterior while keeping the inside pillowy soft. Regular ovens dry them out—not the air fryer!

What's your go-to bagel topping?
Drop it below—I'm always looking for my next flavor combo! 👇

WHAT TO SERVE WITH
- Celery and carrot sticks

Crispy Honey-Garlic Salmon Bites 🐟✨

Fast salmon bites with crispy edges and a sweet-savory glaze.

Okay, real talk—I've been making these salmon bites on repeat lately, and my air fryer has basically become my best friend. There's something magical about getting that perfectly caramelized, sticky-sweet glaze on salmon that's crispy on the outside but still buttery inside. Five minutes in the air fryer and you've got restaurant-quality bites that taste WAY fancier than the effort you put in. These are my new go-to when I want to feel fancy but can't be bothered with complicated techniques.

Ingredients:
- 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch bite-sized pieces
- 3 tbsp honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced (or 1½ tsp garlic powder if you're in a rush!)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- Black pepper & salt to taste
- Cooking spray

The Secret Ingredient 🤫:
A light mist of spray oil before cooking — I know, it sounds simple, but this is what creates those crispy, caramelized edges without them drying out. Game. Changer.

What to Serve With:
- Sesame seeds & fresh green onions (for garnish and crunch)
- Steamed jasmine rice
- Quick cucumber salad (rice vinegar + sesame oil)
- Crispy spring rolls on the side
- Serve over a bed of arugula for a lighter option
