What does a $45,000 kitchen renovation really look like?
Sometimes, the smartest decision in a renovation is knowing what not to change.
It’s easy to assume that a bigger transformation requires moving walls, plumbing, electrical, and starting from scratch. But when the existing layout already gives you something worth working with, keeping it can free up the budget for the changes that will actually be felt every day.
That’s what we loved about this project.
We weren’t trying to make the renovation bigger. We were looking for every opportunity to make the kitchen better—from spaces that weren’t being used to their full potential to lighting that could completely change how the room feels.
Because a budget doesn’t define how good a kitchen can be.
