Take the “Am I a Digital Neanderthal?” Challenge.
Digital Neanderthal (n.):
A modern human slowly reshaped by digital life into postural patterns similar to Neanderthals:
head forward, shoulders rounded, ribs collapsed, spine hunched, knuckles forward.
Not through evolution.
Through environment.
Take the challenge:
Stand naturally.
Take a front + side selfie.
Compare yourself to the template.
Do you see:
• rounded shoulders?
• head forward posture?
• collapsed ribs?
• knuckles facing forward?
• ears drifting in front of shoulders?
~80% of you show signs of postural collapse.
Not because humans became weak.
Because modern environments shape modern bodies.
We become the shapes we repeatedly inhabit.
