Need quick snacks to brighten your day ?
Best to go with Recipe for EGG BENEDICT

INGREDIENTS

12 poached eggs
1 recipe hollandaise sauce
6 English muffins, cut in half
3 Tbsp salted butter
Sliced prepared ham or Canadian bacon, warmed
¼ cup fresh herbs such as chives, parsley or dill

INSTRUCTIONS

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.Butter each half of the English muffins with ½ tablespoon butter.
3.Arrange muffins on a large baking sheet and place them on the center rack.
4.Bake until golden and crispy, about 10 minutes.
5.While muffins are toasting, heat the hollandaise sauce and poached eggs according to respective recipe instructions.
6.Arrange the toasted English muffins on a large platter.
7.Top each half with ham or Canadian bacon. Top with a poached egg.
8.Drizzle hollandaise sauce over the entire platter and top with fresh herbs. Serve.

Here's the recipe for CREAM CHEESE SHRIMP DIP

INGREDIENTS

1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup prepared hot horseradish sauce, jarred
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp tabasco
2 tbsp apple sauce
1 tsp lemon, zest
8 oz cream cheese block
3/4 lb bay shrimp, cooked

INSTRUCTIONS

1.In a small bowl mix together ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, dijon, Tabasco, apple sauce and lemon zest until smooth.
2.Press cream cheese block onto a plate or platter smashing it with the back of the spoon until it's doubled in width.
3.Pour cocktail sauce over the cream cheese and top with bay shrimp.
4.Serve with your favorite cracker and celery.

CHICKEN 🍗 CRAVINGS ?

PERFECT TIME FOR MARRY ME CHICKEN RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2 pounds)
1½ teaspoons kosher salt
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken stock
1 teaspoon chicken flavor “Better Than Bouillon” (or 1 chicken bouillon cube)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 (7-ounce) jar sun-dried tomatoes, drained and roughly chopped
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
¼ cup thinly sliced basil leaves
Cooked pasta or mashed potatoes, for serving (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

1.Pat the chicken dry. Season all over with 1 teaspoon salt.
2.Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Once the oil is glistening, add the chicken and cook about 5 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Transfer the chicken to a plate.
3.Add the garlic to the same skillet and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Stir in heavy cream, chicken stock, bouillon, ¼ cup of the Parmesan cheese, sun dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, pepper, ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes, and remaining salt until fully combined.
4.Return the chicken to the skillet. Bring the sauce to a simmer, then reduce the heat to medium low. Cook until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F on an instant-read thermometer, about 5 minutes more.
5.Top chicken with basil, remaining Parmesan cheese, and remaining red pepper flakes and serve over pasta or mashed potatoes, if desired.

Here's a recipe to make delicious Masala Dosa at home:
Ingredients for Dosa Batter:
1 cup idli rice
1/4 cup urad dal
1/4 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
Water for soaking and grinding
Salt, to taste
Oil, for cooking dosa
Ingredients for Potato Filling:
2 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon urad dal
1/2 teaspoon chana dal
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 onion, finely chopped
1 green chilli, finely chopped
Salt, to taste
1 tablespoon oil
Instructions:
1. Rinse the rice, urad dal, and fenugreek seeds separately and soak them in enough water for 4-6 hours.
2. Grind the soaked ingredients separately to a smooth paste using a grinder, adding water as needed. Mix them together in a large bowl, add salt and mix well. Let the batter ferment for 8-10 hours or overnight in a warm place.
3. To make the potato filling, heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, and chana dal. When they start to crackle, add chopped onion and green chilli and saute for 1-2 minutes.
4. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt and saute for a few seconds.
5. Add the mashed potatoes and mix well with the spices. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn off the heat and set aside.
6. Heat a non-stick tawa or griddle on medium-high heat. Pour a ladleful of the dosa batter onto the tawa and spread it in a circular motion to make a thin dosa.
7. Drizzle a little oil around the edges and on top of the dosa. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the dosa turns golden brown.
8. Spread 1-2 tablespoons of the potato filling on one side of the dosa and fold it in half.
9. Serve the Masala Dosa hot with coconut chutney and sambar.

Ingredients:

1 cup / 250 grams of paneer, cut into small cubes
1/2 large bell pepper, cut into small pieces
1/2 large onion, cut into small pieces
1/2 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons of cooking oil
4 slices of bread
2 tablespoons of butter
Green chutney (optional)

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix together the ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt.

Add the paneer, bell pepper, and onion to the bowl and mix everything together.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the cooking oil.

Once the oil is hot, add the paneer and vegetable mixture to the pan and sauté for 5-7 minutes or until the paneer and vegetables are cooked through.

Toast the bread slices and butter them.

Place a spoonful of the paneer and vegetable mixture on one slice of the bread.

Add a dollop of green chutney on top (optional).

Cover with the other slice of bread.

Repeat the same process with the other slices of bread.

Serve hot.

1 green bell pepper, sliced

Instructions:
