Strawberry Sensation Ice Cream
Ingredients:
500g fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
150g granulated sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
500ml double cream
250ml whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Prepare the Strawberries:

In a medium bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice.
Mix well and let it sit for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the strawberries release their juices.
Blend the Strawberries:

Transfer the strawberry mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
If you prefer a chunkier texture, you can blend half the mixture and leave the other half as is.
Prepare the Cream Mixture:

In a large bowl, combine the double cream, whole milk, and vanilla extract.
Stir in the blended strawberries until fully incorporated.
Chill the Mixture:

Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
Churn the Ice Cream:

Pour the chilled mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions, usually about 20-25 minutes.

Instructions:

Ingredients:
- 1 package (15.25 oz) chocolate cake mix
- Ingredients required by cake mix (eggs, oil, water)
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- Chocolate ganache (optional, for topping)

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
2. Prepare chocolate cake mix according to package instructions.
3. Divide the cake batter evenly between the prepared cake pans and smooth the tops.
4. In a separate mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
5. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
6. Fold in chocolate chips and sliced almonds.

Ingredients:
20 jumbo pasta shells
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups marinara sauce
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Cook the Pasta Shells:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and egg. Mix well.

Teriyaki Salmon Bites Bowl

For Salmon Bites
1½ pounds salmon fillet (skin removed)
½ cup teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
salt and pepper (to taste)

For Sauce
⅓ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice (or lime juice)
salt (to taste)

To Serve
2 cups cooked rice
sesame seeds
Shredded carrot
Cucumber slices
Radish slices
Avocado slices
Green onion
Sriracha mayo mixture

Cut the salmon into bite-sized cubes. In a mixing bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth. Add salmon cubes into the bowl and gently mix until they're fully coated. Marinate for at least 20 minutes.

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they aren't touching. You may need to cook them in batches. Cook for 7-10 minutes, turning them halfway, or until the salmon is cooked through and has a slightly crispy exterior.

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, lemon or lime juice, and salt. Mix well

Serve cooked rice on plate, followed by a portion of the air-fried salmon bites. Add preferred veggies to serve. Drizzle the sriracha mayo over the salmon or serve on the side. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion. Enjoy!
