Another Keys project completed ✔️
For this installation we equipped the home with 5 Somfy electrical motorized roller shades, while the remaining shades were installed in a manual configuration for simple everyday use.
In the kitchen, we selected a 10% solar screen so the client could keep that beautiful west-facing sunset view, while still blocking about 90% of UV, heat, and glare during the afternoon sun.
On the south side, we installed 1% privacy solar screens to provide daytime privacy from the neighboring homes without sacrificing natural light.
And in the bedrooms, we finished the space with decorative room-darkening roller shades, perfect for comfort, privacy, and better sleep.
