Crab Stuffed Cheddar Bay Biscuits with Lemon Butter Sauce
Ingredients:
1 package Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix (plus ingredients per package directions)
1 cup lump crab meat
½ cup cream cheese, softened
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons melted butter
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat oven as per biscuit mix instructions and prepare biscuit dough.
In a bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Old Bay seasoning, and lemon juice until well combined.
Scoop biscuit dough onto a baking sheet, then create a small indent in each. Fill with crab mixture.
Bake according to package directions, or until biscuits are golden and cooked through.
Brush with melted butter and garnish with parsley before serving.

Cook Time: 15-20 minutes
