The building form is bold yet fluid: a clean two-story volume carved with double-height voids, layered courtyards, and expansive glass openings. Every space is choreographed to welcome natural light, frame the lake, and invite the outdoors in. Upon arrival, a curved concrete wall guides you inward—compressing space before opening to a light-filled interior of board-formed concrete, warm wood, and tropical gardens.
The material palette is honest and refined, grounding the home in its lush context. Inside, operable screens filter dappled light across textured surfaces. Courtyards break up the massing, offering moments of intimacy, ventilation, and immersive connection to the landscape. At its heart: a sculptural staircase beside a garden court, where light and shadow dance through the day.
