I see you…trying to out-serve your assignment! You are prioritizing everyone’s else’s project , task, fire or assignment before your own and it’s moving you away from the clarity of what YOU were called to do! Over serving does Not remove your name from what is assigned to you!
But I get it though! I was in a place where it was easier to serve someone else’s vision because they were clear and knew what direction they were heading. It was a rush of dopamine to help other get to their promise in purpose. I was the number one cheerleader! But I neglected the assignment in my had that I began to burn out and feel misplaced.
I had to learn that I have an advantage to receive clear instructions but you have to BE STILL to receive them.
Yep, you already know what I’m about to say… It’s time to BE SEATED and REST! Take a moment to catch your breath and ask yourself “what was the last thing that I was instructed to do?” We don’t have time to chase someone else’s clarity! Get off the hamster wheel and be seated to get your own! Your assignment would not have been given to you if you couldn’t handle it! Let’s get back to your rightful position from a rested place.
