Now Hiring: Warehouse Manager

With our longtime shop manager Steve Cannon retiring this past week (CONGRATS STEVE!!) , we’re seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to join our team. If you’re organized, experienced, and ready to keep our supply chain running smoothly, we want to hear from you!

About the Role
As Warehouse Manager, you’ll be one of the backbones of our material operations—making sure every job has exactly what it needs, when it needs it. You’ll work closely with our sales team, coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, and keep everything organized in our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Inspection
• Unload trucks, verify quantities, and inspect materials for quality
• Log incoming shipments into our new inventory system

Order Fulfillment & Loading
• Pick, pack, and load materials for job sites as orders come in
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries

Material Coordination
• Collaborate with Sales to prioritize job orders and restock critical items
• Schedule drop-offs to keep installers on schedule

Warehouse Organization
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-labeled warehouse layout
• Implement best practices for storage, cycle counts, and stock rotation

Qualifications
Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years in warehouse operations or material coordination (roofing/construction experience is a plus)

Organizational Skills: Proven ability to track inventory, streamline workflows, and juggle multiple priorities

Forklift Certification: Must have current forklift certification—or be willing to complete training shortly after hire

Communication & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with Sales, Drivers, and Installers

Dependability: Punctual, reliable, and committed to meeting deadlines
