⚡❤️ THE NEXT GENERATION OF KP&E ELECTRIC? ❤️⚡
They say you should leave work at work… but when you’re a family-owned electrical business, apparently even the dinner table becomes a classroom! 😂
Tonight’s lesson: One Master Electrician, one apprentice, and a hand-drawn electrical diagram.
Eric, the “E” in KP&E, sharing his years of knowledge with Price, the “P” in KP&E, who is now working alongside his dad and learning the trade.
The questions don’t stop when the workday ends, and neither does the teaching.
This is what family business is all about. Passing down knowledge, building skills, and maybe one day passing down the business itself.
We don’t know what the future holds, but we sure love watching the next generation learn from the one who helped build it. ❤️
