George thought three would be enough. Surely one seat for himself, one for Wallis, and a neutral buffer would suffice for his new Fjords Verona reclining sofa.

But Wallis had other ideas. She loves nothing more than to cuddle with her big brother, so she made her move, and George was forced to exit stage right.

He is now considering a 6-piece corner sectional and more pillows.

A message from our founder, Kevin Harrison:

When I opened the doors to our first showroom in Clarkston back in 2008, I had a simple belief: furniture shopping shouldn't feel like a chore. It should feel like a conversation โ€” about how you live, what matters to you, and how your home can reflect the best version of that.

Seventeen years later, that conversation has grown into something I never could have predicted. What started as one showroom is now four locations across Michigan, each with a team of designers who genuinely love helping people create spaces they're excited to come home to.

Over the years, we've learned what works. We've focused on the brands that our customers actually live with and love โ€” premium comfort seating from Fjords and Stressless, custom design from Norwalk, and the kind of personal service that turns first-time visitors into lifelong customers.
