Custom designed decor by Keith Phelps. Keith Phelps worked as a manager and designer at large destination Gift, Christmas and Garden Center for over 18 years.

In February of 2014 he experienced major complications to a very minor surgery. After spending several months in debilitating pain and traveling to UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, California for 3 very extensive and difficult surgeries, Keith began designing and creating wreaths as a part of his therapy and has began selling them with the profit going to his extensive medical bills. After real

izing that he would not be able to return to the 80 to 100 hour work weeks at his previous job, Keith decided to start a home based business designing and making wreaths and exclusive pieces for the holidays and throughout the year. Inspired Designs by Keith Phelps is dedicated to creating and selling high quality, handcrafted wreaths and fresh and permanent seasonal items to enhance a person’s indoor and outdoor living spaces. Each item is done by Keith, using individual care and traditional techniques that are no longer used in today’s mass market production. Keith Phelps has extensive experience in the floral, gift, and outdoor living industry and has spent the last 18 years as manager, head designer and buyer at a large destination gift and garden center. Keith, along with his wife Meg, have recently decided to move in a direction that allows Keith to use his unique talents in a more personalized way. In addition, Keith is known throughout the Central Pennsylvania area for his features on WNEP TV’s Home and Backyard weekly television program. Keith enjoys speaking and sharing about his love of plants, flowers, container gardens and other handcrafted items, and is available for presentations for your club, group or organization. Many people also enjoy Keith’s “What am I?” flower of the day posts on his personal page, where he also shares a short video highlight of his daily walks. The “What am I?” flower has been a way for him to use and share his wealth of knowledge on various types of flowers and the video clip has been a great way to share his creative talents and gives us all a chance to take a break and enjoy the beauty of nature and the splendor of the small things.

The Studio is located behind our home. There is parking by the Studio off the alley. We have the 2025 "Songs of the Season" " Home for the Holidays" Santa for sale, along with pick up for already ordered Santas. We also have a great selection of handmade gifts by Meg Rill Phelps and Keith Phelps .

We will have the 2025 Santa pick up, we will have him for sale also incase you haven't ordered yet, and we will have the Studio decorated and have our hand made creations for sale. They will make great Christmas gifts!

YOU ARE INVITED!!!
On Saturday, August 9th Meg and I invite you to come visit us at the Gardens on Green Street. We love to share our own garden oasis with you, our friends and customers for this one day only special event. “The Gardens on Green Street” are brimming with color and texture including container gardens and window boxes overflowing with this summer’s most beautiful annuals, August blooming perennials and amazing tropical plants. The Inspired Designs Studio will be open with fall wreaths, arrangements and fall décor for your shopping pleasure along with a hint of Christmas items to get you inspired for the holiday season ahead. Grab a friend or two and come visit our gardens, get some inspiration, chat with us, ask questions, maybe pet a puppy or three, feed the koi, and get a head start on your fall and holiday shopping. We would love to see you!
The gardens are so serene and peaceful and we would love to open the gardens so we can share them with everyone! At this time of the year, flowering annuals will be putting on quite an amazing show and the window boxes and potted container gardens will be overflowing with texture and color. Come check out the Studio, Fall Wreaths, hand-made Fall décor and Fall arrangements, along with a few items for the start of the Christmas Season will be displayed for your browsing and shopping pleasure. New cardholders are now in stock at our booth at Country Pickers, 145 East Chestnut Street, Mifflinburg! Check them out as well as many other beautiful creations.

WANTED! Do you have any old CD’s and DVD’s that you haven’t played in ages and you want to get rid of them, but don’t know what to do with them? I’ll take them! I use them when making the cardholders and I am completely out. Let me recycle/reuse your unwanted CD’s and DVD’s! Message me or drop them off at Country Pickers.
