Flowers were stocked today. 9/4

I forgot to post this earlier. Whoops. The storms have me all cattywhompus.

Have a great weekend everyone and stay safe. Our power is finally back on so hopefully that means others have power restored too.

If you need a few gallons of water to flush toilets or water indoor plants just send me a message. I am happy to fill some with the hose and leave them at the farmstand.

I have a few mislabeled dahlias this year. Sadly, none were exciting surprises.

Past customers, if you got a mislabeled dahlia from me, please reach out. I would like to make it up to you.

Last year was extra tough for me and I am hoping I can get back on track to close to zero mislabels (of dahlias I grew and verified) this year.

I have the BEST neighbors and flower customers.

My little roadside stand blew over in the storm today. My husband went out to put it back up after my daughter’s nurse said someone was there maybe trying to put it back up.

Jeff got out there and the young man who stopped to help also said he bought flowers earlier in the week. After inspection, no glass vases or jars broke. That’s a miracle.

To my mystery customer whose name I didn’t get, THANK YOU! You are awesome and I really appreciate you. ☺️

Kindness counts. I’m feeling grateful even after the storm caused some damage in the garden.

My tribute to one of my favorite humanitarians.

Dolly Parton will grace my garden every year to provide for the pollinators and remind me to be like her.

While I don’t have the fortunes Dolly had, I give back in ways I can. My flowers by the stem at my roadside stand are have suggested prices. Pay what you can or pay it forward. Everyone deserves beauty and joy.
